A little about me

I’ve spent over 20 years doing this work, and I still find it as meaningful as I did at the beginning. That’s because no two people are the same — and the moment when someone genuinely sees themselves more clearly never gets old.

 

My background spans coaching, training and facilitation across a wide range of industries and organisational contexts. I bring expertise in emotional intelligence, leadership development, career management and assertive communication — but underneath all of it is one consistent belief: that self-awareness is the most underrated professional skill there is.

 

The jigsaw piece in my logo has been with me since the beginning. It’s a reminder that most people aren’t broken — they’re just missing a piece. My job is to help them find it.
